The information that I will collect, such as your name, address, job title/position (if applicable), company you work for/represent (if applicable), email address, and phone number, are only for the purposes of helping you with your inquiries for photography services, including prints and/or products.  This includes making bookings for photography services for your events, weddings, and/or sessions.  Depending on how you choose to contact me initially, not all information will be collected right away.  If you contact me by phone, the only information that I will request is your phone number (if you have the number set to private, as I need to get back to you) and your name.  If you email me, the email address and name will already be collected, and I will also ask for your phone number.  On the form on the Contact Me page, your name and email are required, and you may also fill out the phone number field if you wish for me to call you back.  If you fill out a form from a social media ad, then I will ask for your name, email address, and phone number, with ads on some sites also possibly asking for your job title/position and the company you work for/represent.

Addresses will only be asked for when you have decided to book me for your event, wedding, or session.  At that time, if you aren’t meeting me in person to sign a contract, I will send you a questionnaire that will also require you to fill out not just the name, address, email address, and phone number fields, but also it will require you to fill out other fields such as the date and location of your event, wedding, or session, your job position (if applicable), or the company you work for/represent (if applicable).  After you fill out the questionnaire, a contract will be sent to you that has all of the information you provided in the questionnaire, and this will be signed by both you and me.  If you are meeting me in person to sign the contract, then all of the information will be filled out at that time on the contract, and the contract will be signed by both you and me.

If you are ordering prints, digital downloads, or photo products that are not photo books, then you will need to enter information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address in the checkout.  For prints and photo products, this is so that the third party provider can ship your order directly to you, and for digital downloads, this is so that payment can be made, and also so that your files can be emailed to you.  With photo books, due to the fact I will send you to a third party website for purchase, you will be bound by that website’s terms of service and privacy policy.

All information collected, whether you contact me directly, fill out the form on the Contact Me page, fill out a form from a social media ad, or the questionnaire that you fill out once you book me for your wedding, event, or session, will be handled with the utmost care.  It will not be shared, rented, or sold to anyone, nor will it be stored in a way that puts your privacy at risk.  Furthermore, the third party providers that I use for prints and photo products will also treat your personal information with the utmost care.

As for payment details, this information will only be collected at the time of payment for the purposes of paying your invoice, whether through the invoice sent or in person, or your order if you go into the shop..  I will not store your debit card information at all.  Furthermore, with credit card and banking information, I will not store these details if you are not intending on signing up for recurring sessions or recurring payments, or if you have not given me prior consent to store this information for recurring sessions or payments.
